We want you to love what you ordered from Avela Boutique. If something's not quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Items showing wear or damage beyond normal use may be declined. We never charge restocking fees.
To start a return, email info@avelaboutique.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service. Need a different item instead? We're happy to arrange an exchange on request. If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us right away with your order number and a photo. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method; your bank may take a little longer to reflect it.
